FATHER OF REVOPLUS GMD’S WIFE, BURIED IN STYLE

Last week in Lagos, Pa Olatunji Olugbolayan Olusanya was laid to rest.

Dignitaries from all around the nation were present as they paid Pa Olusola their final respects. It took two days for the rites of passage. It began on June 15, 2023. Wake Keep marked the beginning of the late Pa Olusola’s celebration. The next day, the Lying-In-State took place at All Saints Anglican Church, Montgomery Road, Yaba, Lagos. The funeral service and burial followed shortly after, both of which were held at Ebony Vaults and Garden in Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos.

On Match 29, 2023, Pa Olusola passed away, leaving behind a number of incredible legacies. Some of them are his beloved children, including Oludotun Olusanya, Mr. Olude Olusanya, Mrs. Tolulope Onalaja, and Olutayo Olusanya.

The final celebration of life of late Pa. Olusanya, which started Thursday 15th of June, with Christian Wake at All Saint Anglican Church, Montgomery Road, Yaba,  Lagos had family, relatives and well-wishers in attendance.

About Pa. OLATUNJI OLUSANYA

Mr. Olatunji Olugbolayan Olusola was born on the 27th July 1950. He was born to late Pa Daniel Olutunde Olusanya who came from Idele (Agbole Olugbala) in Ijebu Ode,  Ogun State.  His mother later Mrs Victoria Wuraola Olusanya (nee Odunsi) hails from Idogi in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, as well.  During their lifetime, they lived at No 2, Aiyemowa Street, Off Iwaya Road, Onike Sabo, Yaba, Lagos and they were both devoted Christians of the Anglican Church Communion and his late father Pa. D.O. Olusanya is one of the foundation members of All Saints’ Anglican Church, Montgomery Road, Yaba,  Lagos. His late father belongs to one of the oldest society of All Saints’ Anglican Church,  Yaba which is Men’s Auxilary Association and he put his son late Olusanya Olugbolayan Olusanya into this society before he died and he told him that he should continue to keep the flag in that society.  Late Olutunji Olugbolayan Olusanya was the President of Men’s Auxiliary Association till his death.

He started his primary school education at the Methodist Primary School, Herbert Macauley Street, Yaba,  Lagos and also gain admission into Fatima College Ikire Via Ibadan in 1966-1970. He also went to Methodist Boys High School, at Broad Street, Lagos for his H.S.E Educatuion.  He underwent Computer Study at Rimax Institute of Computer Studies at Martins Street, Ojuelegba,  Lagos respectively.

He worked at National Provident Fund (N.P.F) Ijora which is now known as Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund for many years before he retired on October 1990. He worked at Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn (DHL Company) briefly and also worked at Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA),  Higyway Managers Limited for many years, as well.

He got married on Decemeber 29th, 1979 to Mrs Bosede Olusanya (Nee Adesanya) who is a retired secretary at Lagos State Judiciary.  The marriage was blessed with children and grandchildren.

Rising American rapper Enchanting has tragically passed away at the age of 26, her representative confirmed.

The Texas-based artist was rushed to the ICU on Monday night after allegedly suffering cardiac arrest from an overdose.

Enchanting gained fame after signing with Gucci Mane’s New 1017 label in 2020, releasing hit songs like “Track & Field” and “What I Want”.

In a separate news, Canadian singer Celine Dion has revealed her 17-year secret battle with Stiff Person Syndrome.

“I was holding on to my dreams, but keeping it from the people who got me to where I was became a huge burden,” Dion said in an interview.

Flavour Lays His Father To Rest in Anambra

Renowned high-life singer, Flavour N’abania, has laid his father, Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli, to rest in Umunze, Anambra state.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Flavour shared a video bidding his father a final farewell, captioned “O RUO N’OMUME. KA ANYI DUO ODOGWU IJE”.

The funeral ceremony was graced by notable celebrities, including Peter Obi, Phyno, and Obi Cubana, among others.

Flavour’s wife, Sandra Okagbue, paid her respects to her father-in-law on Instagram, celebrating his life as an icon to many.

Flavour had announced his father’s passing on May 22nd, sharing an emotional video on Facebook and Twitter.

“Today, we gather not in sorrow, but in celebration of the life of a remarkable man,” Sandra Okagbue wrote.
